Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas and kick start your career in hospitality.
You’ll build genuine relationships with guests, help with check-in/check-out, service, conference set-ups, and maintaining presentation across spaces. This role reports to the Guest Service Manager.
