Catering Supervisor

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure an excellent, smooth and efficient delivery of all catering and conference services throughout the entire College including Hall, Cafeteria, and West Court.
They will liaise very closely with all the other catering and conference team members making sure all information, function sheets, and other handover documents are accurate and available at all times.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting management with the planning and organising of all front of house catering staff, ensuring that all services are covered effectively.
• Proactively managing any staffing challenges, equipment breakdown, and customer requests.
• Always maintaining hygiene and food safety standards and to follow all food safety and health and safety policies in place.
• To lead by example and train others who work in the same area.
• To liaise very closely with all the other catering and conference team members making sure all information, function sheets, and handover documents are accurate and available at all times.
