Are you a skilled Joiner with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a reliable professional to join our team and deliver exceptional bespoke joinery across a range of projects.
As a Joiner
, you'll be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-quality woodwork and fittings. Working with timber and other materials, you'll produce bespoke joinery that meets exact specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Position: Joiner
Location: Belfast
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (on call once every 8 weeks with additional payments)

- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and timber-based materials
- Manufacturing and installing doors, windows, staircases, cabinets, and bespoke joinery
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and alterations to existing joinery
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
- Working independently or as part of a team and liaising with other trades as required

Essential Criteria- Proven experience as a Joiner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Competence using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective time and workload management
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
- CSCS card (for site-based work where required)
- Completed apprenticeship in Joinery or Carpentry
