The post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to domestic and commercial plumbing, sanitation and heating installations, equipment and appliances. To undertake fault finding analysis, maintenance and repairs, installation and upgrading work.

• Install and commission domestic heat pumps and heating systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems and heat pumps.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers, enhancing their understanding of energy-efficient heating solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in heating technology and sustainability practices.

• Technical Expertise:
  Proven experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining heat pumps and heating systems.
• Qualifications:
  
  Relevant certifications and qualifications in heating engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, F-Gas certification).

  Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
