At Bathshack, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional showroom experiences. We’re on the lookout for an honest, reliable and enthusiastic Joiner to join our Maintenance & Fit Out Team. If you take pride in building and refitting display areas, love neat finishes, and enjoy variety across multiple locations and tasks, this is the role for you!

• Build and refit showroom bays — studwork, panelling, trims, counters, feature walls, flooring and display structures, all finished to Bathshack standards.
• Deliver refurbishment projects — strip‑outs, re‑fits, layout changes and new display concepts as our ranges evolve.
• Carry out general maintenance — respond to urgent safety callouts (e.g., loose fixtures), complete display repairs, replace components, and keep spaces safe, tidy and customer‑ready.
• Light plumbing (nice‑to‑have) — basics like traps, resealing and occasional tap/waste swaps.
• Work safely in live retail environments — strong risk awareness and H&S practice (dust/noise control, tidy areas, signage).
• Travel between sites — support fit‑outs and refresh cycles across NI and ROI
  , with occasional work in England when required.

• Joinery experience (fully qualified or 3rd/4th year apprentice who is confident working independently on core joinery tasks).
• Honest, reliable and enthusiastic, with pride in high‑quality finishes.
• Clean, valid driving licence and confidence driving a company van.
• Basic plumbing skills (desirable, not essential).
• Tools:
  Untooled is fine — company kit and PPE provided.
• Flexibility when project schedules demand it.

Core Hours (40) Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
