Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Lead / Mechanic Salary: £37,500 £ 44,000 | NO SATURDAYS, FINISH EVERY FRIDAY AT 1PM
Location:
Rosetta Road, Belfast Were looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Lead/ Mechanic to join our well-established family-run workshop in Northern Ireland. This role is perfect for a technician currently working in a main dealership environmentwho wants less pressure, better work-life balance, and a friendly, professional workplace where quality workmanship is valued and where you can lead and mentor a small team of technicians.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance Diagnostics and fault finding MOT preparation and inspections Supervising and supporting junior technicians and apprentices Quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship Assisting with workshop organisation and best practices
