ABM is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician in Belfast to ensure safe, compliant operation of commercial plumbing systems across the contract portfolio. You will deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance in line with SFG
20 and manufacturer guidance.
The role requires a recognised plumbing apprenticeship, at least three years’ experience with commercial plumbing, facilities management exposure, SFG
20 maintenance, a full UK driving licence, and IT
