Scape is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform reactive and preventative maintenance across multi-site residences. You will handle carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical tasks, decorating, plastering and more, while keeping records, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
You will fault-find, investigate leaks, supervise a maintenance team, manage stock, and coordinate contractors. An on-call UK shift and access to Scape benefits accompany the role.
