Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Refrigeration FM Technician to join their growing team across Northern Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Refrigeration Engineer looking to join a well-established business delivering maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and minor installations on refrigeration and HVAC systems.

As a Refrigeration FM Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing repairs within agreed response times.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works, minor alterations and installations.
• Maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and associated controls.
• Prioritising maintenance activities to ensure contractual service levels are achieved.
• Ordering and managing materials, tools and equipment.
• Liaising with the Helpdesk regarding specialist contractor requirements where necessary.
• Supervising subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Completing equipment surveys, reports and maintaining accurate asset registers.
• Identifying capital replacement requirements where appropriate.
• Completing all service documentation accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with site teams and internal stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer service.

• Previous experience in a similar Refrigeration or Facilities Maintenance role.
• NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and controls.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

• IPAF certification.
