Location: Belfast, Lisburn, or Dunmurry (Depot based with mobile dispatch)
Hours: Full-Time, Day Shift (Plus structured out-of-hours call-out rota)

The Role:

This thriving, family-owned business has been leading the automotive industry for over 20 years and is undergoing massive expansion. Based at one of our busy local depots in Belfast, Lisburn, or Dunmurry, you will carry out standard tyre fitting work with the team during normal hours.

When a mobile job comes in, you will step into your fully equipped company van to handle the call before returning to base. This position offers a steady £28,800 base salary with an incredible, structured out-of-hours rota designed to maximize your income through premium shift payouts and high-volume call-out bonuses.

Positive Signs on your CV:

• 1+ years of experience within a tyre fitting, fast-fit, or mobile tyre technician role
• Must hold a Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (Essential for fleet insurance)
• Must be aged 25 or over (Strict requirement for company vehicle insurance policies)
• Full flexibility to cover the out-of-hours rota: 1 on-call night per week (£50) and 1 weekend in every 56 weeks (£50/shift + £40 per completed call-out)
