Location:

Coalville Salary: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.05 per hour after 12 weeks

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Friday, starting at 6:00am until finish

Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Refuse Collectors to join a busy team in Coalville. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term role, with the possibility of becoming permanent following a successful temporary period.

The Role:

As a Refuse Collector, your main responsibilities will include:
Collecting refuse and waste from residential and commercial areas Working as part of a team to complete daily collection routes Loading refuse and waste into the collection vehicle Walking long distances throughout the working day, potentially up to 10 miles per day Working outdoors in all weather conditions Following health and safety procedures at all times Maintaining a reliable and professional approach to work Completing all assigned collections efficiently and safely Working Hours and Pay:
Tuesday to Friday Start time: 6:00am Finish time:
Until the daily work is completed £12.71 per hour Pay increases to £13.05 per hour after 12 weeks You will be paid for 9 hours and 15 minutes per shift, regardless of whether the work is completed earlier Temp-to-perm opportunity for suitable candidates

The Ideal Candidate :
We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual Physically fit and able to walk long distances Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Hardworking and willing to work as part of a team Able to work early morning starts Comfortable with a physically demanding role Committed to maintaining good attendance and a strong work ethic Previous experience is not necessarily required, as full training will be provided.

However, you must be physically fit, reliable, and prepared for an active outdoor role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
