Salary: £37,500 £ 44,000 | NO SATURDAYS, FINISH EVERY FRIDAY AT 1PM

Were looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Lead / Mechanic to join our well-established family-run workshop in Northern Ireland .

This role is perfect for a technician currently working in a main dealership environment who wants less pressure, better work-life balance, and a friendly, professional workplace where quality workmanship is valued and where you can lead and mentor a small team of technicians .

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• MOT preparation and inspections
• Supervising and supporting junior technicians and apprentices
• Quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Assisting with workshop organisation and best practices

What Were Looking For

• Experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Ability to mentor or supervise junior mechanics
• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
