About the role:
Working Hours Monday to Friday (Full-time) Pay Rate U p to £28ph Brief
Role Description We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative / Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across private residential, prime and super-prime properties. This is a varied role requiring a professional individual capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Duties will include:
Carrying out planned and reactive property maintenance (PPM) General plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, leaks, blockages and silicone replacement Minor carpentry including doors, locks, shelving, ironmongery and repairs Painting, decorating, patch plastering and making good Basic electrical maintenance including replacing light fittings, switches and sockets where appropriate General handyman duties, tiling repairs, furniture assembly and minor building works Diagnosing faults and recommending additional remedial works Completing digital job reports and maintaining accurate records Protecting client properties and leaving all work areas clean and tidy Providing a first-class service whilst working within occupied, high-end residential properties Permanent or Self-Employed opportunities available Start:

About You:
High work ethic & team player Punctual & reliable Minimum 3-5 years' experience in multi-skilled property maintenance Strong plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general maintenance experience Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Own hand tools preferred Full UK Driving Licence essential Experience working in high-end residential properties is advantageous Professional, well presented and customer-focused Please apply with your CV.
