A Belfast-based maintenance joiner role with 40 hours per week, potential on-call rota on a 2–3 month basis. An experienced joiner will join a social housing maintenance team, with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone provided. Initially temporary, with possible permanency.
Requirements include time-served joinery, CSR card, driving licence, ability to read drawings, and references. NVQ level 3 or equivalent and proven joinery experience are essential.
