Position: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Plumbing & Carpentry)
Location: Northern Ireland

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across a large portfolio of residential properties. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring residents live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations Perform carpentry work, including repairs and basic joinery Undertake a wide range of general property maintenance tasks Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs in a timely manner Work independently and as part of a team to meet targets Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and customer service standards Essential Skills & Experience Proven working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and other trades Ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical repair solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience working in both occupied and void properties Comfortable using handheld/PDA systems for job management Additional trade skills or qualifications are highly desirable Requirements NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (preferred) Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) Willingness to undertake DBS and SC clearance checks Right to work in the UK (proof required) Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
