About you Previous experience in grounds work or site assistance Valid CSR Card and full driving licence Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service Comfortable working at heights and adhering to safety protocols Basic IT skills and familiarity with digital tools (PDA, smartphone) Access NI clearance is preferable What you'll do Assist tradesmen with tasks such as kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work, and concreting Manage materials: moving, securing, installing, and loading/unloading Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times Observe health and safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment Complete and submit site documentation accurately and promptly For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact
