Stena Line in Holyhead is looking for a Port Maintenance Team Leader – Painting Division to build and lead a new in‑house painting service. You will combine hands‑on painting with people leadership, planning and problem‑solving to establish safe systems, standards and efficient work practices across port assets.
As the division grows, you’ll shape work programmes, coordinate workloads, and mentor team members while maintaining high quality and compliance with safety requirements.
