Would you like to move away from hands-on site work into a structured weekday role where you can support and develop future electricians?

In this role, you will support apprentices working towards Electrical Installation qualifications.

Your initial focus will be on practical, workshop-based training, helping learners build confidence and develop core installation skills. As you progress, you will gradually become involved in classroom-based theory delivery, with full teaching qualifications and support provided throughout. The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, and ideally have, or be willing to work towards, the 2391 qualification.

The Role:

The Person :
