Hours: 40 hours per week

- Oncall allowance
- General Plumbing and HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs / Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
- To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date

- Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
- Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.
- Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
- Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement (NVQ 2/3).
