Commercial Management Trainee – Benelux Ronse

Our client is an international and fast-growing family-owned company with ambitious plans across Europe. From their European headquarters in Ronse, they continue to expand their presence within the Benelux market.
To support this growth, we are looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Sales Management Trainee who wants to develop into a future sales professional within an international B2B environment.
Your role
As a Management Trainee, you will go through an intensive onboarding and training program where you will get to know the business from A to Z.
You will gain hands-on exposure to:
sales & business development
customer support
operations & logistics
production & quality
internal processes and commercial follow-up
After your onboarding period, you will gradually evolve into a commercial role focused on developing the Benelux market.
You will actively contribute to:
identifying new business opportunities
building customer relationships
prospecting and follow-up
supporting the growth of the business in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
Who are we looking for?
You have a bachelor or master degree, or equivalent level through experience
You already gained a first professional experience (commercial experience is a plus)
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
You are eager to learn and take initiative
You are hands-on, energetic and customer-oriented
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a lot of ownership
You are not afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships
