Qualifications:

**** What You'll Do
*** Coordinate the shared service center’s GL accounting, assuring the correct reporting and closing activities
* Responsible for VAT and tax reporting
* Update and control the IFRS accounts in the internal leasing package
* Close cooperation with shared service center and purchase team for postings, cost allocations, customer and vendor payments
* Preparation and filing of monthly and annual reporting packages for local and global management
* Prepare and coordinates the internal and external audit, annual account
* Understand and update the accounting flows to close correctly and report in time
* Support controlling team for budget/forecast
** What You'll Need
*** Minimum a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
* You have 5-6 years of experience in accounting with a strong involvement in vat/tax reporting preferably in an international environment
* Strong experience in Belgian VAT reporting
* SAP knowledge
* Experience dealing in month/year end closings
* Proactive, hands-on approach to project management
* A flexible mindset, and a positive attitude, able to evolve in a dynamic corporate environment
* Work accurate, in detail and independent
* Experience implementing processes and control environments
* A team player and analytical problem solver
* Fluency in Dutch and English
