Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:- Journal entries reviewen en boeken.
- De juistheid van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen controleren en verifiëren.
- Btw‑aangiftes voorbereiden en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants.
- Stadsbelastingaangiftes voorbereiden en indienen.
- Accruals verwerken en opvolgen.
- Accounts payable en accounts receivable opvolgen.
- Intercompany balances reviewen, reconciliëren en opschonen.
- Maandelijkse omzet reconciliëren tussen het accounting‑ en operationele systeem en afwijkingen oplossen.
- Maand‑ en kwartaalafsluitingen leiden.
- De voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting en audits coördineren.
- Contact onderhouden met externe auditors en auditbevindingen opvolgen.
- Accountingprocedures en workflows verbeteren.
- Interne controleprocedures monitoren en optimaliseren.
- Repetitieve financiële processen automatiseren waar mogelijk.
- Uitgroeien tot expert in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
