Here are
some things we’re looking for
in a Junior Manager Accountancy:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics
• 6-7 years of proven accounting experience with client management skills
• ITAA certification is a plus (we’ll support your journey)
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills;
  French is a plus
• Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential
• Autonomous yet collaborative approach, managing complex projects while supporting colleagues
