Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

eCars Trade is an online remarketing platform for used cars. We primarily purchase cars from leasing companies and sell them to small and medium-sized car dealers across Europe. The company is experiencing very healthy growth, and to support this, we are looking for an Accountant
.

• You will be responsible for booking purchase and sales invoices, customer deposits, and credit notes
  ;
• Preparing
  and following up on payments is part of your extensive range of duties;
• You are in contact with suppliers
  ensuring efficient follow-up.
• You manage customer and supplier balances
  .
• You handle the booking of financial and payroll transactions.
• You provide support with ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks such as payroll, inventory, reporting, monthly closing, etc.
• You are able to independently optimize and automate accounting processes;
• Experience with calculating inventory value
  at month-end closing is a major plus.

• Associate Degree in Accountancy or equivalent through previous work experience
  ;
• You are socially oriented and have strong communication skills;
