Make structure your superpower.
Since 2011, Jeroen Fiers BV has evolved from a construction firm in Ghent to a leading name in industrial photovoltaic (PV) installations. With over 500 complex solar projects annually, we’re scaling renewable energy with precision, professionalism, and a practical mindset.
Now, we’re looking for someone to support our allround admin & planning team – someone who thrives on accuracy, solves problems before they escalate, and understands that “uploading a document” means checking every detail, not just clicking ‘submit’.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the planning team's go-to for administrative and coordination tasks. In a fast-moving environment, your role keeps everything – and everyone – aligned. Your focus:
- Upload and verify project-related documentation (e.g. Limosa, safety files)
- Assist with scheduling and contractor coordination
- Keep planning boards and project systems accurate and up to date
- Flag inconsistencies or missing data – and fix them
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and (inter) national subcontractors
- A stable, 4/5 job in a future-focused sector (fulltime possible in the future)
- A company that values hard work and zero-nonsense collaboration
- A team that balances professional delivery with real humour and humanity
We don’t need a long CV. We need someone who:
- Is highly accurate and proactive – your motto is “don’t assume, verify”
- Works independently and stays calm under time pressure
- Has strong problem-solving skills – not everything goes to plan, and that’s okay
- Communicates well in English (written and spoken) and Polish. Dutch is helpful, but not essential
No prior experience? That’s okay. If you bring the mindset, we’ll guide the rest.
