Glijdende werkuren, ADV-dagen en thuiswerk. - Interne opleidingen en begeleiding.
- Beheer en analyseer schadedossiers van A tot Z.
- Bepaal de verantwoordelijkheid in elk dossier.
- Draag dossiers over aan de verzekeraar van de verantwoordelijke.
- Communiceer duidelijk met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
- Verwerk en update de administratie van de dossiers.
- Werk nauw samen met makelaars en verzekeraars.
- Bachelor in verzekeringen of recht.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in schadebeheer of bij een verzekeraar/makelaar.
- Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken.
- Stressbestendig en goed met strikte deadlines.
- Sterk in administratie en organisatie.
- Vlot in communicatie met klanten.
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
