Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Knokke. The Office Administrator will handle a variety of day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including managing office equipment, maintaining records, providing customer service, and supporting office operations. Other tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of office activities.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience in operating and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office)
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles is an advantage
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of French and English; other languages are a plus
