Energy Labs.ai is an ambitious scale‑up in the energy sector. We develop intelligent battery and energy systems that help companies manage their energy consumption more smartly and achieve higher returns from their existing connections.

We are in full expansion and are looking for someone to strengthen our internal operations. As Finance, Admin & HR Support
, you will be the right hand of our team, ensuring that financial follow‑up, administration, HR processes, and operational tasks run smoothly and accurately. You are the silent force ensuring everything behind the scenes is correct.

We are not looking for a freelancer, but for someone who wants to start as a permanent employee in a part‑time role
, with the possibility of growing into a full‑time position over time.

What will you do?

You will support our organization in a broad sense. This includes:

  • Financial administration
    You process quotes and invoices, follow up on debtors, monitor payments, and ensure everything is handled timely and without errors. You work closely with our external accountant and provide accurate input for accounting, reporting, and tax obligations.
  • General administration
    You keep everything organized and up‑to‑date. No piles of paper, no loose ends: you bring structure.
  • Payroll & HR support
    You ensure HR tasks are performed correctly and on time. You are a point of contact for colleagues and contribute to smooth internal operations.
  • Back‑office support
    You manage emails, follow up on customer communication, and support various operational tasks. You ensure the team can focus on growth and projects.
Who are we looking for?
  • You have experience in a similar financial, administrative, HR, or back‑office role and have completed relevant education.
  • You are strong with numbers.
  • You are accurate, punctual, and enjoy working in a flawless and structured manner.
  • You are independent but coordinate effectively with colleagues when necessary.
  • You are someone who feels comfortable in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • You are proactive and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • You can communicate clearly, both internally and externally.
  • Dutch is your mother tongue; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
