Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar organisaties worden ondersteund met payroll, sociaal-juridisch advies, welzijn en HR-oplossingen. Vanuit een payrollteam werk je nauw samen met klanten en draag je bij aan een vlotte en correcte personeelsadministratie.
Wat je gaat doen- Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor een correcte personeels- en loonadministratie.
- Maandelijkse payroll voorbereiden en verwerken.
- Payrollvragen beantwoorden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
- Sociale documenten opmaken en administratief opvolgen.
- Samenwerken met het sociaal secretariaat en interne stakeholders.
- Sociale en fiscale wetgeving actief opvolgen.
- Processen optimaliseren en administratieve workflows verbeteren.
