Je komt terecht in een stabiele KMO met een familiaal karakter, actief in HVAC, verwarmingsinstallaties en duurzame energieoplossingen. Als Bediende Boekhouding & Loonadministratie ondersteun je zowel de financiële administratie als de personeelsadministratie. Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en draagt bij aan een correcte opvolging van de cijfers en HR‑processen.
Taken- Je voert bankverwerkingen uit.
- Je boekt aankoopfacturen in en bereidt leveranciersbetalingen voor.
- Je ondersteunt telefonie en orderopname.
- Je staat in voor facturatie en algemeen administratief werk.
- Je ondersteunt de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
- Je volgt afwezigheden, contracten en personeelsdossiers op.
- Je werkt mee aan een efficiënte administratie en ondersteunt de verdere groei van de organisatie.
