Quand ?Pendant les mois de juillet et/ou août
Horaire38h par semaine, du lundi au vendredi
Responsabilités- Participer à l'élaboration d'un catalogue produits
- Mettre à jour les fiches techniques de nos produits
- Envoyer le nouveau modèle de fiche technique à nos fournisseurs
- Archiver les documents et assurer un suivi administratif rigoureux
- Apporter un soutien administratif à l'équipe Achats
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et précis(e) dans ton travail
- Tu possèdes une connaissance de base d'Excel
- Tu parles le français et l'anglais (ou le néerlandais)
- Tu apprécies les tâches administratives et le travail structuré
- Un job étudiant avec des chèques-repas de 8 € par jour travaillé
- Une indemnité de transport (100 % remboursée pour les transports en commun)
- Une expérience enrichissante au sein de notre département Achats, dans une ambiance conviviale au siège de Tom&Co
