Urbano Temse zoekt een Service Adviseur die het aanspreekpunt vormt tussen klant, werkplaats en administratie. Je ontvangt klanten aan de werkplaatsreceptie, vertaalt vragen naar duidelijke werkorders en volgt de administratie nauwkeurig op.
Je zorgt voor een vlotte service-ervaring, houdt klanten op de hoogte van de stand van zaken en werkt nauw samen met techniekers, magazijn, verkoop en administratie. Een communicatieve instelling en teamspeler met commerciële flair is gewenst.
