Wat ga je doen?
- Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantvragen over o.a. producten, beschikbaarheid, leveringen en administratieve topics (telefonisch en per mail).
- Klanten professioneel adviseren en meedenken in oplossingen.
- Proactief contact opnemen met klanten om vragen efficiënt en correct af te handelen.
- Ondersteunen van interne collega’s bij klantgerelateerde vragen.
- Vastleggen en opvolgen van commerciële en administratieve afspraken.
- Administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens en transacties in het ERP/CRM systeem.
- Signaleren van terugkerende knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden.
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Fungeren als SAP Key User binnen Customer Service.
- Meewerken aan optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen SAP.
