From concept and design to production and distribution, every step of the process reflects our passion for quality, innovation, and storytelling. We are currently looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, design-driven industry and who wants to contribute to the financial and operational backbone of our growing product division.

As Finance & Operations Coordinator, you will support both the financial and operational processes. You will assist with bookkeeping and supplier management, ensure smooth documentation and follow-up throughout the production cycle, and help maintain accurate records that keep our creative operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities (Finance)
  • Execute day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and weekly pre-payments, including processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and reconciling expenses.
  • Assist the Finance team by updating budget/forecast sheets and maintaining a structured digital filing system for all financial documents.
  • Help compile data for weekly and monthly operational reports to support management reviews.
  • Ensure all necessary invoices, contracts, and documents are neatly organized and ready for internal/external checks.
  • Handle correspondence regarding invoices and assist with general office administration tasks.
Production, Inventory & Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate digital records for supplier contracts, cost sheets, and production documentation.
  • Track and monitor production timelines and financial milestones from initial development through to final delivery.
  • Monitor inventory movements and stock levels, analyzing data to highlight potential risks (e.g., overstock, stockouts) and opportunities (e.g., fast-moving items).
  • Maintain and distribute regular reports to track sales performance across different channels (e.g., e-commerce, wholesale, retail) and special events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative questions from the production and sales teams.
MUST-HAVES Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, charts) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to process data sheets and consolidate information into clear, usable overviews.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset – you don’t just process data, you use it to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Dutch is a valuable asset.
  • Collaborative, hands‑on approach and a flexible attitude, thriving in a creative and fast‑paced setting.
WE OFFER
  • A dynamic work environment within a creative and internationally recognized brand.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a growing product division with ambitious projects.
  • A role that combines autonomy with teamwork in a supportive and collaborative setting.
