It is a startup in the sense that now we want to grow the workforce. The company aims to grow to have 10 employees within 3 years and to further expand the client portfolio.

These clients will need to have their business processes analysed with the objective to increase their revenue and reduce their costs.

The analyst has a chance to see the impact of his/her work and make a real contribution to the success of the growth of both Corlutions and its clients. The location is a fun co-working space in Ghent. Let's take a closer look at what you can anticipate from this role.

As a Business Analyst, your primary objective is to apply the Corlutions 'together is better' principle with a professional attitude while aiding companies in optimizing their business processes. Your mission involves the implementation of cutting-edge software solutions, particularly focusing on Odoo and Business Intelligence. Other types of projects can be the migration of clients from older to newer versions of Odoo.

The clients that migrate always benefit from increased functionalities, so migrations provide opportunities. Other types of projects could include the preparation of a generic Business Intelligence set-up and the creation of state-of-the-art Odoo implementation documentation.

You'll work closely with clients to ensure optimal use of Odoo apps such as Accounting, Point of Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, sales and more. By delving into your client's needs and processes and by providing personalized training, you'll establish yourself as the go-to expert for comprehensive management solutions.

In your initial weeks, you'll undergo comprehensive training, setting the stage for active involvement in your first projects, always with the support of your mentor or colleagues. • Bachelor or Master
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Affinity with the IT world
• Learn fast & have a 'Can Do' attitude

• Background:
  Master in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or Computer Sciences. Or business Intelligence Experience.
• Fluent in French
• Experience in different domains are a plus. Such as marketing, HR, accounting.
• Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS, programming)
