Technical Commercial Manager

Koole is a dynamic company consisting of two divisions with different specialism and worldwide projects in the Industrial and Maritime sector, including the complete demolition/dismantling of plants, installations, salvage and dismantling of maritime vessels and objects. Thanks to our pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are looking for a new colleague.

Are you commercially minded and do you feel at home in a technical environment?
At Koole, we are looking for a Technical Commercial Manager who will help drive the commercial activities in Belgium and act as a link between clients, project managers and management. You will be given responsibility, room for initiative, and you will work closely with colleagues in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

• Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
• Actively prospecting new clients and commercial opportunities
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of quotations, in consultation with the Project Manager or Managing Director
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Accurately registering customer data and sales activities in the CRM system
• Contributing to the development and execution of commercial actions

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A structured way of working with attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
• Flexibility: you are responsible for sales in Belgium and occasionally work in the Netherlands
• Experience in the construction sector is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in Dutch and French
