We need you for the position of Channel Partner Coordinator

The Job

The Channel Partner Coordinator plays a key role in Septentrio’s growth strategy by enabling and scaling a high‑performing global channel partner ecosystem. You design, implement, and maintain the tools, processes, and frameworks that allow Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Field Application Engineers (FAEs), and channel partners to succeed together. This is a primarily back‑office, operational role focused on structure, coordination, and sales excellence.

You work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure partners are well‑equipped—commercially and technically—to deliver value in Septentrio’s key business segments. You will be part of the EMEA Sales Team and report directly to the EMEA Sales Director. This is a supporting role without direct people‑management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and enabling others to succeed.

Mission Channel Partner Enablement & Operations
  • Develop and maintain scalable tools and processes for partner identification, qualification and selection.
  • Design structured onboarding and training frameworks to ensure partners are set up for long‑term success.
  • Document, organise, and maintain clear processes and best practices across the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment to performance optimisation.
Sales & Pipeline Support
  • Support RSMs in managing partner‑driven business through efficient lead‑sharing, follow‑up, and opportunity management processes.
  • Implement clear pipeline reporting and forecasting tools to ensure transparency and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Enable structured sales performance reviews and regular business review meetings with partners.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools for business reviews to ensure follow‑up consistency for both RSMs and partners.
Partner Development & Strategic Alignment
  • Work with RSMs to maintain strong, long‑term relationships with channel partners.
  • Ensure partners have access to, and are trained on, Septentrio’s marketing assets, branding guidelines and go‑to‑market tools.
  • Coordinate and track joint marketing initiatives and coordinated sales actions aligned with regional and segment strategies.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Act as a central liaison for processes and tools related to channel partners and internal teams such as Sales, Sales Support, Order Management and Marketing.
  • Ensure smooth internal alignment to address partner needs, resolve issues and continuously improve the partner experience.
  • Support first‑line technical enablement processes and partner CRM integration where applicable.
Your Qualifications Experience & Background
  • Proven experience in channel management, partner enablement, or sales operations within a B2B or technology‑driven environment.
  • Experience working with indirect sales models, value‑added resellers, dealers and distributors.
  • Able to effectively support regional sales teams and operate in an international context.
Skills & Expertise
  • Strong ability to document, organise, and maintain scalable tools, templates, and processes.
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems and performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting partner onboarding, training programs and business reviews.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of aligning internal teams and external partners.
