Head of IP

• Responsible for all IP activities at Soudal
• Monitoring and further develop and improve IP related activities
• Setting up IP strategies on different levels
• Continuously monitor third party technology and IP
• IP landscaping of current and future focus areas
• Training R&D and other departments in the IP field
• Working closely together with Soudal’s R&D, Engineering and Product Management

• Qualification in IP, Patent Attorney with experience is a plus
• First experience and interest in IP, working with patents is mandatory
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal driven and pro-active attitude and a real team player
• Fluent in English, verbal and written. Dutch or other languages are a plus
