Product Manager

Korachem, headquartered in Wommelgem, is an established market leader in the production, development, sales, and distribution of high‑quality synthetic resins for the construction industry, specifically for flooring systems and for protecting and restoring buildings, civil engineering structures, and industrial constructions. The Resiplast/Spetec product range includes, among others, resin floors and floor coatings, waterproofing products, geotechnical products… and is used worldwide. To support this, Korachem invests heavily in its R&D department to develop new products and improve existing systems.

To realize Korachem’s growth ambitions in Belgium, we are looking for a:

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight
• Work closely with R&D/Engineering/Sales and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard
• Develop a forecast for the product based on input from sales, market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery
• Identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials and sales training)

• Define the product strategy and roadmap based on market research and feedback
• Manage/create product related documents (PDS, SDS, DOP, UFI, certificates, brochures,)
• Collaborating with R&D and sales teams (NL/FR/EN) to identify new product development opportunities
• Collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and distribution
• Monitoring product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements and ensuring product compliance
• Building strong relationships with key customers, industry organizations, and suppliers to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices
• Developing pricing strategies based on market demand and competition. Supply info needed for ERP art. creation
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
• Propose a product marketing plan in collaboration with marketing/sales
• Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
• Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
• Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition
• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform/manage product demos to customers and develop relationships
• Monitor, report and improve product performance
• Run trials, develop, and deliver go to market launch plans
• Commission market and competitor research
• Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms
• Develop and deliver training to technical sales support
• Collect feedback from sales and customers
• Evangelize the product internally and externally
• Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders

Knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required
