The Arvesta Graduate Program is an eighteen‑month journey in which you take on several projects across our three business units: animal nutrition, agriculture & horticulture, and retail. In total, you can complete up to six projects during your trajectory, all proposed by our business owners across different sites or from our central services. Throughout these projects, you are surrounded by a genuine graduate community: your project team, HR supporting your professional growth, your mentor for all your career questions, and your fellow Graduates with whom you can spar and exchange experiences.

After completing the program, you’ll take the next step into a role that matches your profile and growth path.

Whether you’re working on ambitious marketing projects, gaining field experience, developing new sales strategies, or untangling IT challenges, you will undoubtedly make an impact on the agriculture and horticulture sector of the future! You’ll create that impact for our 40+ strong brands in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

In the Graduate Program, we are looking for people who want to help shape Arvesta’s growth story. Young pioneers with a (future) passion for agriculture, horticulture (including greenhouse horticulture), and animal feed. People who want to build an organization together and don’t shy away from challenges but seize them with both hands.

In addition, you:

• Hold a degree in economics, business, engineering, sciences…
• Are a recent graduate or have less than one year of experience.
• Have a strong interest in the agriculture and (greenhouse) horticulture sector.
• Are confident, a strong communicator, and flexible about where your work takes you. Occasionally, you will also cross the border to visit our sites in the Netherlands or France.
• Are eager to continue developing yourself.
