International Key Account Manager at Q8
Oils is responsible for strengthening the global footprint by building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable growth across Europe and beyond.
- Develop and execute multi‑year account plans aligned with global objectives.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts including new markets, product lines and regions, and actively expand the pipeline.
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with decision makers and OEM partners worldwide.
- Optimize the key account structure across Europe and coordinate pricing, contracts and sales activities between regions.
- Ensure local sales teams align with global agreements and service levels.
- Negotiate international contracts, supply agreements, pricing structures and rebate programs.
- Manage global RFQs and RFIs with focus and precision.
- Safeguard margins, price stability and profitability across markets.
- Lead OEM development projects from concept to launch, aligning engineering, R&D, product management, marketing and quality teams.
- Track validation processes and timelines to deliver on commitments.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management and Customer Service.
- Act as escalation point and lead solution‑driven discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
- Translate insights into sharp strategies and clear reporting for senior leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience in international key account management or a senior sales role, ideally within automotive, industrial manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing key account or OEM strategies that drive business growth.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong multicultural mindset and confidence operating across European markets.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and perform under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
