We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing team within a leading organization in the financial services sector.

• Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Gather, refine, and challenge business requirements to identify the most effective solutions.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to build alignment and shared understanding.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Support testing activities, including test analysis, coordination, and validation of solutions.
• Contribute to change initiatives and support teams during the implementation of new processes and solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, testing, project environments, or Agile methodologies is an asset.
• Experience with in the insurance or broader financial services sector is highly valued.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
