Medical Grants & External Funding Coordinator

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Duration based on project needs

Workload: Full-time

• Act as the central contact for Medical Grants & External Funding queries.
• Manage daily grant operations (intake, routing, tracking, contracting, payments, close-out).
• Support internal/external stakeholders in using the grants system.
• Coordinate with external service providers.
• Assist with system/process updates and ad-hoc project tasks.

• Experience in contract execution.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems/software.
• Strong organisational and process-management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Fluent English communication (written & verbal).
• Experience with grants or grant management systems (advantage).

• Detail-driven and highly diligent.
• Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Clear, professional communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrix environment.

• Experience with in Medical Grants, External Funding, Sponsor ships or Donations.
• Experience with grant management systems or other workflow tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

• English:
  Advanced (C1-C2) - mandatory
• French: nice to have
