At IBA, we develop innovative and highly complex medical technologies that improve patient outcomes worldwide. As part of our Product Management team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our solutions by bridging market needs, business strategy, and product development execution.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic medical-device programs, from market opportunity and business case through design, development, industrialization, launch, and post-launch transfer. The role aligns business strategy, customer value, technical execution, quality/compliance, cost, scope, schedule, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Challenges we trust you withAs a Program Manager, you are responsible for maximizing product value while ensuring successful execution of strategic development programs. You act as the key interface between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, quality and regulatory experts, manufacturing, and commercial organizations to transform market opportunities into impactful healthcare solutions.
Product Strategy & Market Understanding
- Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain compelling business cases supporting product investments.
- Define product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy.
- Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and priorities.
Lead cross-functional development programs from concept to market launch.
- Define governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
- Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and development execution.
Coordinate activities across R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams.
- Facilitate trade-off decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure successful industrialization and market introduction of new solutions.
- Support training, documentation, operational readiness, and customer adoption.
- Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future product evolution.
You have:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Business Development within a complex technology environment.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare technologies, life sciences, radiotherapy, imaging, or another regulated industry is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and translate market insights into product strategies.
- Solid understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making at different organizational levels.
- Fluent English communication skills.
