Actiris recherche un Inside Customer Support Officer, orienté service client et gestion de contrats, pour assurer le suivi administratif et le soutien commercial. Vos missions incluent le suivi des contrats existants, l’établissement et le suivi des offres de renouvellement, l’élaboration des plans de maintenance et le reporting à l’Office Manager.
