Project Document Controller

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyse project data and transform it into actionable business insights.
• Build and optimize advanced Excel files using formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Monitor data quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Support stakeholders with reporting and data-driven decision making.

• Manage and structure project documentation according to internal and external standards.
• Set up and maintain document control systems.
• Ensure proper version control, archiving and document quality.
• Monitor document status, actions and deadlines.
• Support project teams in following documentation procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA/QC and Project Management teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• You have proven experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query and are capable of independently developing, maintaining and optimizing professional dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and preferably macros.
• Experience in document control, data management or project administration.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Interest in technical projects and technical documentation.
