Public Procurement Buyer (Waterloo) – Consultant – Permanent Contract – Part-time
Aria Partner is recruiting a Public Procurement Buyer, with a good understanding of regulations and operational experience in public procurement procedures, to support one of its clients.
By joining our firm, you will be involved in complete procedures (A→Z) covering supply, service, and works contracts, with a progressive level of autonomy depending on the complexity of the cases.

Waterloo (with flexibility)
You will support the client's teams in the preparation and management of their public procurement procedures, from needs definition to award.
You will act as a structuring operational support
, ensuring the compliance of procedures while guaranteeing their efficiency and proper execution.
- Participate in defining the acquisition strategy
- Support teams in formalizing needs
- Contribute to drafting special specifications
- Define selection and award criteria
- Participate in managing the forum and interactions with the market
- Analyze offers (administrative, technical, financial)
- Contribute to drafting analysis reports
- Ensure the encoding of files in the 3P platform
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement
- Experience in participating in or managing public procurement procedures
- Good knowledge of Belgian public procurement legislation
- Experience in drafting or contributing to special specifications
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Good analytical and structuring skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to different interlocutors
- Good command of French
- Experience with e-Procurement (essential)
- Initial experience with 3P is a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Organization and respect for deadlines
- Analytical and synthesis skills
