Junior Projectleader

Koole is a dynamic company consisting of two divisions with different specialism and worldwide projects in the Industrial and Maritime sector, including the complete demolition/dismantling of plants, installations, salvage and dismantling of maritime vessels and objects. Thanks to our pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are looking for a new colleague.

As Junior Project leader, you play a crucial role in the successful execution of industrial demolition projects. You will work closely with the project team and site managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and according to plan. This role combines office coordination with site involvement and requires a proactive and organised mindset.

• Preparing quotations and offers for clients
• Initiating, planning, managing and coordinating demolition projects
• Ensuring availability of materials and resources on time
• Planning and directing workers across sites
• Monitoring time management, quality and safety on site
• Acting as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Attending site meetings and reporting to the Managing Director

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience
• Knowledge of materials and execution techniques in demolition is a plus
• Practical, solution-oriented and hands-on attitude
• Ability to coordinate between office and site environments
• Valid Category B driving licence
• VCA-VOL certificate (required or willingness to obtain)
