- Operate ticketing and cash systems, including daily opening and closing procedures
- Manage payments, reporting, and compliance with internal financial procedures
- Monitor visitor flow and respond to on‑site issues
- Coordinate with technical, production, and security teams during operations
- Contribute to daily and weekly operational reports
- Master’s degree in Museum Studies, Cultural Management, Arts Management, Cultural Heritage, or a related field
- Previous experience in exhibitions, museums, events, or cultural institutions is highly valued
- Strong interest in exhibition operations and cultural production
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English required
- High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to manage teams and take initiative on‑site
- Comfortable working in public‑facing, operational environments
- Additional languages are a major asset
- Good sence of humour
