• Welcome visitors and ensure a high‑quality audience experience
• Operate ticketing and cash systems, including daily opening and closing procedures
• Manage payments, reporting, and compliance with internal financial procedures
• Monitor visitor flow and respond to on‑site issues
• Coordinate with technical, production, and security teams during operations
• Contribute to daily and weekly operational reports

• Master’s degree in Museum Studies, Cultural Management, Arts Management, Cultural Heritage, or a related field
• Previous experience in exhibitions, museums, events, or cultural institutions is highly valued
• Strong interest in exhibition operations and cultural production
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English required
• High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to manage teams and take initiative on‑site
• Comfortable working in public‑facing, operational environments

• Additional languages are a major asset
• Good sence of humour
