In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients utilizing Pay Pal's services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to Pay Pal services and accounts
• Provide accurate information regarding transactions, billing, and account management
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining quality and consistency in service delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and adherence to company policies
• Stay informed about Pay Pal s offerings, updates, and security measures to provide accurate guidance

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in financial technology or e-commerce
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships
• Ability to effectively manage conflicts and provide resolution for customer issues
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
